URTICA is TOGO first EP as a producer, the result of these last years of musical research. It was a project talking about himself, a concept album which retraced in an introspective and abstract story-telling his interest in music, his vision of it which was at first simply come to the end of a concrete musical project.

And with the evolution of it, the EP took several directions including the search for identity as an artist, the search for musical and cultural identity. From there was born the interest for TOGO to rediscover and revisit Mongolian music and sounds, especially in the title "EMBRYO" where the traditional instrument called the "Morin Khuur" is sampled. This is a first experiment with fairly simple sampling techniques at first. This therefore means that the EP is only the first part of a more global search in this direction. Being also attached to the rave culture, there are other genres and influences that strongly predominate this EP including Techno, Breakbeat and Bass music, all bathed in a unique mix in order to avoid the reproduction of genre in itself but rather go in the direction of hybrid music without genres.
